- All the data is there – nothing skipped!
- the data itself is accurate (no square roots in non-English names!)
- The data is accessible relative to how it appeared in the original system:
- Relationships are preserved such that an attachment can be found from the Contact or the Case
- If emails with inline images are to be preserved, then these attachments actually show up inline in the Salesforce email. (hard to do but sometimes necessary)
- Users are trained in:
- Using the new system, including elements that weren’t present in the old system
- Finding the old data quickly
- How the old data was mapped and any transformations that had to be made (for instance, Hubspot Deal stages need to be mapped into likely different Salesforce Opportunity stages)
